Henry Onyekuru, Nigerian international forward, has joined Turkish Super Lig club, Genclerbirligi on a permanent deal.
GençlerbirliÄŸi on Monday announced the signing of Onyekuru on its official website and X account, saying it believes that the Nigerian winger would help in boosting the club’s attack.
“Strengthening its squad with a flurry of transfers, the Reds and Blacks have reached an agreement with Henry Onyekuru. The 28-year-old Nigerian, who plays left wing and forward, has signed a two-year contract,” GençlerbirliÄŸi wrote.
Onyekuru who has vast experience playing in the Süper Lig began his football career at the Qatar-based ASPIRE Academy.
He later played for Eupen, Everton, Anderlecht, Galatasaray, Monaco, Olympiakos, Adana Demirspor, and finally Al-Fayha.
