Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, former national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has argued that Peter Obi, presidential candidate of Labour Party could not fix insecurity in Anambra while he was governor, and therefore cannot be able to fix Nigeria.

Oshiomhole who spoke on Sunday at the progressive young leaders summit organised by the APC, in Abuja, claimed that Obi’s predecessor, Chief Willie Obiano fought insecurity by demolishing houses of kidnappers, which according to him, Obi couldn’t do.

However, evidence shows that it was indeed Obi who demolished houses of kidnappers when he was governor between 2006 and 2014.

Oshiomhole, a former governor of Edo State, also claimed that Bakassi Boys was brought to Anambra during Obi’s tenure, but it was indeed Chinweoke Mbadinuju, his predecessor that brought Bakassi boys to the state.
