A nine year-old girl who allegedly burnt a supermarket estimated at N5 billion has been arrested in Abuja.

The girl, identified as Joana Ogar, was caught by a CCTV setting Prince Ebeano Supermarket located at Lokogoma/Gudu junction, Abuja on fire.

The fire later spread and burnt the entire supermarket down.

The girl was brought to the supermarket by her mother, Mrs. Jane Ann Ogar alongside her sister, Judith Ogar.

Goods worth millions of Naira were also destroyed as a result of the incident. They came to the supermarket with a Toyota Highlander with registration number KUJ 485 FU.

The girl is still undergoing interrogation.
