Chief Timipre Sylva, former Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, has emerged winner of the Bayelsa State All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship primary election.
Sylva beat David Lyon, among other aspirants, in the party’s primary held on Saturday.
Similarly, Hope Uzodimma, Imo State governor, emerged candidate of the party in the primary held in Owerri.
