Men of the Nigerian Army, 9 Brigade on Wednesday, recovered 1,671 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) from an apartment in the Olodi-Apapa area of Lagos State.
According to Eons Intelligence, three people were arrested in the apartment, while the main suspect was said to be on the run.
The troops also recovered ballot papers, cutlasses, and Indian hemp from the apartment.
