A supporter of Peter Obi, Labour Party presidential candidate, known simply as Peter Obi Flag Boy, @ObiFlagboy, has narrated how he was brutally attacked by thugs at Oshodi area of Lagos State.
The flag boy who moves to different locations in Lagos with a pro Obi flag, said he was accosted at Oshodi by thugs suspected to be loyal to Bola Tinubu, presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) who subsequently started assaulting him and his camera man.

Meanwhile, SP Benjamin Hundeyin, spokesperson for Lagos State Police Command, has asked the Flag Boy to make a formal complaint to the command.
“As I explained earlier on phone, please get your people to make a formal complaint at the nearest police station. I have equally alerted the DPOs in the jurisdiction as to your coming. I am on standby for further service as the need arises,” he said.
