Daniel Bwala, spokesperson for the Atiku Abubakar campaign organization has claimed that the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Tinubu’s thought flow is inconsistent with the realities of the Nigerian people.
In response to allegations leveled against his principal, by Tinubu and his cronies, Bwala stated that calls by the APC’s candidate for Atiku to step down for him were an indication that his only realistic chance of becoming the country’s president in 2023 was if Atiku was not in the presidential election race in 2023.
The ruling party had earlier faulted Atiku for saying northerners don’t need an Igbo or Yoruba president.
The WITNESS recall that Bayo Ononuga the Director, Media and Publicity of the APC presidential campaign council, described Atiku’s comments as the “worst expression of ethnocentric opportunism ever uttered by a former Vice President.”
However, responding to these comments during an interview on Arise TV, Bwala citing situations where Tinubu goofed, said that unless the APC standard bearer sticks to speeches written for him, his natural thought flow was inconsistent with the realities of the Nigerian people.
“You will notice that peoples Democratic Party, we didn’t go to the market that’s why yesterday you heard him, in clear terms he said ‘they have warned me to stay on the script’ in other words unless he stays on the script and whatever that meant his natural flow of taught is inconsistent with the realities that the Nigerian people faces,” Bwala said.
