FG investigates Temu over alleged data protection violations

The Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) has slapped a fine of N766,242,500 on MultiChoice Nigeria for violating the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDP Act), as well as alleged breaches of subscriber privacy and illegal cross-border transfer of personal data.
