Nigerian Navy dismisses personnel, Ukpanwane for attempted sodomy

The Nigerian Navy has dismissed naval personnel SLT. V.N UKPANWANE for attempted sodomy and usage of illicit drug in Sapele, Delta State.

Mr UKPANWANE has also been sentenced to jail for his actions.
