The All Progressives Congress (APC) has formally endorsed President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as its presidential candidate for the 2027 general elections.
The party’s National Chairman, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje, made the announcement on Thursday on behalf of the National Working Committee during the APC National Summit held at the State House Banquet Hall, Abuja.
The endorsement follows a wave of support earlier in the day, as APC governors and federal lawmakers passed a vote of confidence in the president and pledged their backing for his second-term bid.
“President Tinubu has shown bold leadership and delivered on key reforms. The party stands firmly behind him as our flag bearer for 2027,” Ganduje stated.
