As the Muslim faithfuls around the world celebrate Eid-el Fitri, a Fuji musicians, Ambassador Sulaimon Adio, popularly known as Atawewe, has congratulated Muslims in Nigeria and the Diaspora, urging them to sustain the teachings of the just concluded holy month of Ramadan.
Atawewe in a media chat at the end of the holy month on Sunday evening, urged Muslim faithfuls all over the world to continue praying for peace to reign in Russia and Ukraine as the war is affecting other countries in one way or the other.
The Fuji star also pray for peace and harmony in Nigeria, urging the political leaders to change their ways for betterment of the masses.
He implored them to reflect on the lessons of Ramadan through sustained supplication and prayers for the peace and progress of the nation.
He said, “The holy month of Ramadan teaches kindness, forgiveness, and sacrifice. We must uphold these teachings and imbibe them as we live together in peace and harmony.”
Atawewe also appealed to Islamic clerics to keep educating their followers to exhibit the lesson of the Eid celebration and the importance of fasting.
Speaking about his new album, Atawewe told his fans to keep calm as he will be releasing new album titled CELEBRATION and the video of WORLD BEST soon.
