Charles Oputa, popularly known in entertainment circles as Charly Boy has taken to social media to shame those who attempted to prevent Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan’s rally from holding in Kogi State.
The ex-president of the Performing Musicians’ Association of Nigeria (PMAN) took to his Instagram page to praise Akpoti for successfully staging her rally despite attempts to scuttle her efforts.
Charly Boy, who posted a picture in support of the politician’s cause, shamed those who are frustrating her efforts and also praised Akpoti’s decision to arrive at her homecoming rally in Kogi Central by helicopter.
“Shame to those who blocked the road for Natasha and forgot that the sky is too wide for the beautiful bird to land and take off. Yeye people, una don see wetin pass una. Shameless men. Ur Fada’s.” Charly Boy wrote on his Instagram page.
In a related development, the suspended senator from Kogi Central has stated that she will soon provide proof of sexual harassment against Godswill Akpabio, the Senate President.
In an appearance on Channels Television’s Politics on Thursday, the congressman added, “At the right time and in the right space, I will present the evidence that I have.”
