An online video shows the moment an intruder attempted to attack President Muhammadu Buhari during his visit to Kebbi State on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
The President was attending the grand finale of the Argungu International Agricultural Show and Cultural Festival when the incident occurred.
Earlier, the President had inspected an array of agricultural products on display during the festival.
