The president of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, is to receive more medical treatment in Britain. Earlier this year, he spent two months in the British capital.
In his few public appearances since his return in March, he has looked and sounded frail. The BBC’s Stephanie Hegarty has told Newsday that the country’s vice-president, Yemi Osinbajo, will be in charge in Buhari’s absence.
