The government of Anambra State has rescued a teenager being abused by his guardians identified as Mr. Oluchukwu Olisaemeka and his wife, Ebere Olisaemeka.

A video of the 17-year-old being abused had trended on social media resulting in the intervention of the Women and Social Welfare commissioner, Mrs Ify Obinabo.
