Adamu Garba, a controversial politician and founder of IPI Group, on Saturday, joined the likes of Bola Tinubu, former Lagos State governor; David Umahi, Ebonyi State governor, among others at an iftar hosted by Aisha Buhari, for presidential hopefuls.
Iftar is the breaking of fast for Muslims during the Ramadan season.
The event took place at the banquet hall of the presidential villa.
Also present were Chris Ngige, minister of labour and employment; Tien Jack Rich, all of whom are presidential aspirants on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Godswill Akpabio, minister of Niger Delta affairs; and Bala Mohammed, governor of Bauchi and presidential hopeful seeking to contest on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), also attended the event.
