Ms. Ogbulu Chidinma Pearl, the Erelu Okin, has been arraigned before an Oshodi Special Offences (Mobile) Court for distributing fuel at her installation party.
Ogbulu was on Monday, arraigned on a four-count charge of distributing Premium Motor Spirit (PMS ), popularly called fuel as souvenir during her installation party on March 5, 2022 at Havillah Event Centre, Lagos before Chief Magistrate Kehinde Ogundare.
The offences violate section 251(1), 168 (1), 244 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015 and Section 195 (2)(b) of the Environmental Management Protection Law of Lagos State 2017.
