Abducted students and staff of Zamfara State College of Agriculture and Animal Science, Bakura, have been reportedly released by their captors.
According to reports, the kidnap survivors would be taken to the Government House in Gusau on Friday, Punch Newspaper reports.
The development comes 12 days after suspected bandits invaded the institution, collecting no fewer than 20 staff and students of the institution before dawn.
The captors had killed an officer and 2 security guards before successfully escaping with their victims.
THE WITNESS had reported that the bandits requested N350m ransom for the release of their victims.
