The Minister of Communications, Dr. Isa Ali-Pantami, has lost his elder brother, Is’haq, to death on Monday.
Announcing the passing away of Mr Is’haq, the minister, in a tarse statement on his Twitter handle on Monday, said: “My elder brother Is’haq has passed away, today.
