The Kaduna State Government has declared open the recruitment of instructors for its new vocational training institute.
Tagged “Recruitment of instructors for the Kaduna State Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development (IVTSD),” the government in a circular set the application deadline for Sunday, 20th July, 2025.
“Following the commissioning of the Kaduna State Institute of Vocational Training and Skills Development (IVTSD) established by Uba Sani, the Governor of Kaduna State, the government through the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Technology (MBIT) hereby invites applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the various academic positions at the institute across its three campuses,” the circular read.
“This initiative aligns with the governor’s Rural Transformation Agenda and his commitment to human capital development as a sustainable strategy to reduce youth unemployment, curb restiveness, and enhance productivity in the State.”
The IVTSD campuses are strategically located across the three senatorial zones of Kaduna state as follows: Zone One Campus – Soba, Soba LGA (known as Abubakar Dangiwa Umar Campus); Zone Two Campus – Rigachikun, Igabi LGA (known as Abdulkadir Balarabe Musa Campus); and Zone Three Campus – Samaru-Kataf, Zangon Kataf LGA (known as Sir Patrick Ibrahim Yakowa Campus).
Vacancy categories include: Permanent and Pensionable Positions, Contract Appointments and Part-Time Engagements.
