Ekiti gov-elect, Oyebanji visits Fayose in Lagos [PHOTOS]

Mr. Biodun Oyebanji, the governor-elect of Ekiti State, on Wednesday paid a courtesy visit to Ayodele Fayose, former governor of the state at his Lagos residence.

Oyebanji won the governorship election of June 18, 2022 beating the candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party (Fayose’s party), Bisi Kolawole, Segun Oni of the Social Democratic Party and others.

Fayose, a member of the PDP whose candidate was beaten to third place, had in a tweet earlier on Wednesday, insisted on power shift to south in 2023.

There have been speculations about him joining the APC.
