Some Twitter users have attacked Habeeb Okikiola, alias Portable, a rising Nigerian musician, for boasting that he will be bigger than Wizkid in two years.
The Zazoo Zeh singer who recently concluded his first-ever intentional tour in the United Kingdom, took to his Twitter page on Monday to make the declaration, promising to achieve more success than the Grammy-winning singer by 2024.
“Give me 2 years, I’ll be bigger than Wizkid.” he wrote.

However, the claim did not go down well with some commentators who berated him over it.
“Portable u may produce better songs than Wizkid but u can never be bigger than him, cos he literally paved a way for u & other newbies like urself; Legends can’t be outshined. Also keep in mind that u don’t have any hit song yet, Zazoo is no!se so produce one hit before bragging,” wrote a user, Daniel Regha, @DanielRegha.
Another user Paul Chibueze, @D_BigChief said, “Mumu.. How many songs you don release?”
On his part, Matt, @Oluwalion said the Zazoo Zeh coroner won’t be bigger than Wizkid in 50 years even if the latter stops singing.
“Make wizkid no sing again, in 50 years you can’t be bigger than his super star album,” he said.
Another user, @ShotbyAbas said, “So who never get name for industry Dey compare himself with wizkid
“Or do you think wizkid will be we’re here is today in the next two years ? This agbo Jedi signee just Dey cap anyhow.”
Portable had recently described himself as a superstar who is very expensive
“Expensive OG. Don’t you know I am expensive? I’m a hero, a superstar. I’m now expensive; expensive than your cars and houses. I now have money and I do music for a living,” he had said.
“It is my money, my legit money so why won’t I show off with it? It is legit money and I’m proud to show it off. I hustle for the money.”
Portable came into the limelight towards the end of 2021 on the back of his hit track ‘Zazoo Zeh’ featuring Olamide, the rapper, and Poco Lee, the dancer.
