Knowing that the road to the Lives has worn thin, viewers are anxious to see stellar performances from talents despite the tension and pressure of the battle at this stage.

So far in the battle rounds, six talents have been given a lifeline to the next stage, thanks to the steal and they have switched from one Coach to another. The night began with #TeamPatoranking’s Syemca and Afolayan performance of ‘Drag me down’ by One Direction. Afolayan was elected as the winner of the round but to the surprise of the audience and Syemca, the remaining Coaches hit their buzzers for a Steal. Syemca chose #TeamYemi even though Patoranking also tried his luck in stealing back his own talent. Ebube battled Grey as they performed ‘Suit & Tie’ by Justin Timberlake with Ebube going through to the Lives and Grey going home.

Kendris and Nwando in #TeamTimi also slugged it out with the performance of ‘If love is a crime’ by TuFace. Kendris emerged winner. We also saw Grace and Precious perform ‘When a man loves a woman’ by Michael Bolton with Precious winning the Battle.

#TeamWaje had Wow and Paulyn perform Labrinth’s ‘Jealous,’ a performance that saw Wow getting the nod and moving on to the Live Show.

One of the performances of the night that got the live audience thrilled was the battle between #TeamYemi’s Yimika and Bunmi. The duo performed ‘Eiye Adaba’ by Asa. Bunmi stepped up her performance in the contest to the delight of Coach Yemi and she did not hesitate to hand her a slot in the live show. Yimika was also lucky to progress to the Live Show representing #TeamPatoranking.
With only one episode of the battles left, it will be interesting to see which contestants will make the final show.

Living an impactful life, By Apostle Johnson Suleman

Published

on

“The moment you ask Jesus to be your Saviour and Lord, your sins are forgiven and your slate is wiped clean. God is no longer holding your past sins against you,” begun the servant of God and senior Pastor at Omega Fire Ministries (OFM) Apostle (Prof.) Johnson Suleman, as he mounted the rostrum at the just concluded The Supernatural 2018 which held at Lausanne, Switzerland between Tuesday, October 2ndand Wednesday, October 3rd, 2018.

A caring pastor, who always lives a godly life, faithfully loves and teaches God’s Word to people, Apostle Suleman, no doubt, recognizes how tremendous the challenge is to be a leader and model; thus when he has the opportunity, he does offer from his position, ideas, words of encouragement, and exhortation that will be a blessing to all.

Teaching God’s Word is a privilege and a blessing, but it is no easy task. However, some leaders make it look easy, and this is based purely on grace. According to the firebrand preacher, “we can have the same name, the same title but what separates us is our impact. We can have the same name, the same title but what makes one stand out is his impact. God is not looking for men with titles; He is looking for men He can tie Himself to. If you are not making impact as a preacher, the world will be too busy to hear you. What makes you stand out as a preacher is your hunger for impact.”

At the two-day impactful gathering, the ‘Oracle of God’ gave teachings on some important and foundational Christian beliefs from which participants drew a deeper understanding of God and His works on mankind. “When a man has out-grown his present stage, God uses circumstances to push him out to a higher level,” he delivered to the mammoth crowd at the conference. Further, Suleman warned on the influence of friendship, urging men to “mind the people you associate with, because sometimes there is group punishment for private sin.”

Apostle Suleman has authoredpassion-packed books that touch on living an impactful life as well as books that speak about revolutionizing the Church. From his writings, Christians especially will find solution to challenges, and encouragements.

The servant of God’s sermon also addresses the issue of authenticity; how genuine a man should be. Dissecting his address, it says it is possible for a man to practice an outward display of holiness, without in actuality, having inner reality of godliness.

“A man’s outward demonstrations of goodness may be no more than mere hypocrisy”, posits Suleman, adding; “It is what you do in secret that reflects in the public.”

Urging on hope, Apostle Suleman says that Christians hope is a realistic expectation of joyful longing for future good. “It is not until we have hope and move beyond the misery stage that we are able to find a magnificent lesson to be learned. No matter how bad your situation may be, do not panic. Have hope,” he concludes.

Primate Elijah Ayodele 2018 already fulfilled prophecies

Published

on

There are prophets and there prophesies.

However, one man of God who has been consistent with his prophesies is Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele of Inri Evangelical Spiritual Church.

Over the years, the man of God has accurately prophesied about happening both within and outside Nigeria.

Many would remember his prophesies about the demise of Oba Adeyinka Oyekan, death of General Sanni Abacha and the return of Olusegun Obasanjo as President.

Early this year, the 2018/2019 edition of his annual publication “Warning To The Nations”, an avenue through which the man of God unveils his prophesies was released.

A media presentation followed in July of the same year, as Primate Ayodele unveiled to the world the book described as “a collection of divine signals authorised through divine prompting by the servant of the most high God”.

Since it’s unveiling, prophesies therein have come to pass. Chief of them includes those in the financial, political, law enforcement and manufacturing sectors.

Internationally, prophesies involving Facebook, the Republic of Benin and several others have also come to pass.

In the 2018/ 2019 edition of “Warnings To The Nation”, Primate Ayodele prophesied about some financial institutions such as Skye Bank Plc, Diamond Bank, Keystone Bank, Heritage Bank and Wema Bank to mention a few. Citing that the financial institutions would face a challenge or a change in management, indeed the prophesies have come to pass.

Only recently, Skye Bank which the man of God said would experience some challenges that can affect its operations lost its license of operation, as it was withdrawn by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN). The bank has since changed to Polaris Bank. On its part, Wema Bank saw the emergence of a new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD/CEO) in person of Ademola Adebisi, just as it had been prophesied.

Diamond Bank, the man of God prophesied that the financial institution needed prayer to avoid having problems with the CBN. Diamond Bank was among four financial institutions recently sanctioned by the apex bank for an unapproved transfer of funds belonging to telecommunication MTN.

In the case of Heritage Bank, “Warnings To The Nations” was quoted as saying that “the bank will have problems with some of its staffs”. This also came to pass, as the exit of Mary Akpobome, an Executive Director of the financial institution came with the reorganisation of the management of the financial institution. Several other prophesies including the sack of former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun have also come to pass.

In the manufacturing industry, several prophesies have also come to pass. Primate Ayodele foresaw the problem presently bedeviling Wale Tinubu’s firm Oando and Innoson Motors which he urged to pray against running into trouble and court matters. The suit between the auto manufacturing company and financial institution Guaranty Trust Bank (Gtb) is still in court. In page 259 of “Warning To The Nations”, the book spoke of troubles for telecommunication company MTN Nigeria. MTN was recently hammered by the CBN for what it considered illegal repatriation of funds to South Africa.

Other prophesies which have come to pass includes the reorganisation of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS), the travails of the Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, a loss in profit by social media platform Facebook, attacks on camps of Internally Displaced People (IDP), increase in the country’s external debt among others.
